Consultation Fee and Cancellation Policy

Dr Moshegov's time is just as valuable as yours and we do our utmost to respect your time. The consultation fee to see Dr Moshegov is $200 payable upon arrival at Perfect Vision. Our friendly staff will process your details and prepare you for your ultimate eye health check experience.

Perfect Vision will happily refund the consultation fee where we consider that you are unsuitable for any procedure offered by Perfect Vision. Better still, we will allocate your consultation fee towards your procedure should you be suitable.

Perfect Vision also offers Premium Appointment Times* to see Dr Moshegov. Given these times are extremely limited, Perfect Vision will charge you a strict $200 deposit (the full cost of the Premium Appointment) to secure an appointment with Dr Moshegov at the time of your booking over the phone. Due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; such that there is a $60 cancellation fee for missed appointments.

Please have your credit card ready to book into a Premium Appointment Time - we accept VISA and MC.

*Premium Appointment Times are Thursday evenings from 5pm and anytime Saturday.

Referrals
Please note that a medical referral is necessary for certain procedures with rebatable Medicare item numbers, this can be from a GP, optometrist or any other doctor. This allows you to receive a small refund from Medicare on your consultation fee. Also if you suffer from any medical condition a GP letter is mandatory
